Background
KWE offers a wide range of logistics services including air and ocean freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management solutions. Their focus is providing efficient and reliable logistics solutions to its clients, helping them manage their supply chains effectively and navigate the complexities of international trade and transportation.
Came across their website and had the thought a lot could be done better to improve the experience of visitors which is what this case study is about, So let’s dive in.
Goal
My goal for this is to provide a clear architecture and structure, sell the brand and services through better content writing and of course make it visually appealing..
Approach & Findings
The best way to learn more is to explore which is exactly what I did, Navigated the current state of the website, and these were my findings
1. I found the navigation to be a bit too cluttered with too much content being displayed (similar links could be grouped)
2. The hero message isn't clear and concise enough
3. Buttons didn’t look like buttons, the positions of these buttons made it harder to notice and draw attention for users to take action
4. Selling the brand service was nonexistent which is vital for a business like this.

THE REDESIGN
Conclusion
Given the state of the current website, research was key to uncovering key insights that I based my redesign on. From navigating the website to analyzing their social platforms just to have enough information to work with.
Overall it was a great challenge to try out.
